Tucson Bill John 2006, AZ

On April 12, 2006, authorities conducting a routine patrol within an encampment found the body of a person that they knew as 'Bill'. 'Bill' was 49-99 years old, stood 6’ tall, and weighed 134 lbs, with long, gray hair and a full beard and moustache. Their left elbow had previously been badly injured resulting in a fracture which no apparent medical intervention was sought.
